Craig & Keith Nielsen Owners
Partners Keith and Craig Nielsen strive to provide customers with the best in quality and performance. Graduates of the University of Utah, both Keith and Craig have been involved in the Utah real estate industry for more than thirty years. Today their homes and communities dot the Davis, Salt Lake, and Utah County map pages: Murray, Holladay, Millcreek, Syracuse, Woods Cross, Cedar Hills, Lehi, South Jordan, Riverton, and West Jordan are all communities with residents enjoying homes built by Dakota Homes, Inc.
Jenny Carr
Since 1998, Jenny has been putting her heart into helping Dakota become the customer oriented home builder it is today. She is dedicated to making the day to day operations run as smoothly as possible while keeping her focus on the needs and desire of each and every buyer.
Leroy Wayman
Since joining the Dakota Homes team, Leroy has overseen the construction of more than 200 houses. His attention to detail is what customers appreciate most about him. As Dakota’s construction manager, Leroy ensures that every Dakota home meets the high standards of quality and craftsmanship the company is known for.
Janet Eakin Broker
Janet has worked in the Utah real estate industry for more than sixteen years helping thousands of clients sell and purchase homes throughout Utah. Janet loves being involved with new homes sales and considers it her area of expertise. As Imagine Real Estate’s principle broker, Janet is happy to assist Dakota customers and their realtors with their real estate transactions.

Talmage holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in Business Psychology. He has been with Imagine Real Estate from the company’s founding.
